K-Beauty! Mamonde Lip Sleeping Mask – Better Than Laneige?

Hey everyone, I know it’s been AGES since I’ve last posted but I decided to take a little break from blogging. Lately I ran into a product I’ve been so excited to share with you that I decided to come back with this post.

It’s the Lip Sleeping Mask from K-Beauty brand Mamonde! Now, to be honest, I haven’t heard much about this brand but I saw this at the checkout aisle in Ulta and since I liked the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask so much, I decided to give it a go. It’s $14, which is $6 cheaper than the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask, so that’s always an upside.

So here’s the shocker – I actually think this is better than the Laneige version. While it’s not scented, it makes my lips softer and is more emollient immediately than the Laneige one, which can take a few hours (hence ‘Sleeping’ Lip mask) to take it’s full effect. My lips also stay soft longer with the Mamonde version as well. It’s also easier to get the product on my finger as it’s not as dense and waxy as the Laneige version.

I know it’s just a lip balm but if you are in the market for a lip mask or are curious about the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask and have wanted to try it, I say to try the Mamonde version! It’s packaging is also cute and has flowers on it. Online on Ulta’s website it says this item is online only but I did find it in the checkout aisle, so you might have some luck with it there, or give it a shot and order it online – I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

What items have you guys been trying lately, and what’ve you been up to? As always, it’s been – xo Whatever Lydia Does xo
