Hey everybody! So I love Blackpink (a HUUGE K-Pop girl group right now) and when I saw Jisoo’s makeup look in their new music video, Ddu-du Ddu-du, I fell in love with it and knew I had to re-create it. This is my step-by-step tutorial on how I got the look! I also used Laura Lee’s new Nudie Patootie eyeshadow palette, so tuned!

What I Did
Face:
First I applied the ColourPop No Filter Foundation in Light 70 all over my face with a sponge. Then I applied the ColourPop No Filter Concealer in Medium 26 under my eyes, and any areas I had trouble spots or wanted to highlight. Then I set under my eyes and the rest of my face using the Laura Mercier Transclucent Powder.
Brows:
I brushed my brows in an upwards manner with a spoolie, then filled them in with the ColourPop Brow Boss Brow Pencil in Light Brown, and then went over any sparse areas with the Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara in Soft Brown.
Cheeks:
I contoured my face very lightly with the Physicians Formula Bronze Booster in Medium to Dark. Then I applied the Wet ‘n Wild Baked Blush in Don’t Flutter Yourself softly to the apples of my cheeks. I then applied a light dusting of the MAC Extra Dimension Skinfinish in Whisper of Gilt to my cheekbones.
Eyes:
Here comes the fun part. First I applied the Milani Eyeshadow Primer to my lids and lower lash line. Then I went in softly with the shade Streaking in my crease as a transition shade. Then I applied a combination of Topless, Strip, and Bare to my upper and lower lash line and slightly into the crease. I blended that out and applied Au Naturale with the NYX Glitter Primer with my finger to my upper and lower lash line. Then I went over the area with Tarte’s Finger Foil Paints Shadow Palette in Gold Coast with a flat angled brush. Then I went over it with some more glitter primer and the shade Jaybird over the area lightly, and then blended back above and below both areas with the a combination of shades Topless, Strip, and Bare again. Then I used the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper and lined my upper lash line and made a thin, long wing on both sides. I curled my lashes and added two coats of Loreal Voluminous Butterfly Waterproof mascara to my upper lashes.
Lips:
Finally, I lined my lips with MAC’s Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in Nice ‘n Spicy and applied the Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips Talk lipstick in PK004 to my lips. Then I went over that with the Tarte Colorsplash Hydrating Lipstick in Sunkissed.
And that was how I got the look! Any thoughts on the look? Like Blackpink or have any thoughts on some other looks I should do? Leave any thoughts in comments below! Xo Whatever Lydia Does xo
