I really like my Physicians Butter Bronzer in Bronzer and was curious to try out their other Butter products, so when I saw this kit come out on http://www.physiciansformula.com for only about $15.99 (for reference, the Butter Bronzer itself retails for $14.95) I knew I had to snatch it up. I got the kit in shape Light/Medium.
The first thing I will say is that I love the perfume! I think it was a genius idea to bottle the Butter Bronzer scent in a perfume since it smells so good I think many of us might’ve wanted it in a perfume anyway. It smells tropical with a hint of a “buttery”/”baked” smell, and is the perfect size to toss in your purse.
Moving forward, I already knew I liked the Butter Bronzer and I believe they give you just a little bit less than what you’d get in a full size Butter Bronzer. The highlights were nice and creamy and showed up decently brightly, though not as glowing or long-lasting as some of my other blinding highlights, but I did like them (especially the shade Full Moon, which I wear much more than Galactic). The only product I didn’t care for as much was the blush in Natural Glow, which was still nice as a blush, but not as pigmented as I would like or a shade that I typically gravitate to.
This is a look I did with the products on my face. As you can see, they bring out my features in a very natural way.
I believe this collection is sold out at http://www.physiciansformula.com but I’m putting this up in case they put it back up and also I believe this product is sold at Walmart.
That was my review on the Physicians Formula Butter Collection. What did you think of the collection? Have you picked it up, or do you want to? Let me know your thoughts in the comments! Xo Whatever Lydia Does xo
