What I’m Loving in April || April Favorites

It’s the end of April everyone! These are some products I was loving this month.

Derma E Tea Tree and E Antiseptic Cream – This moisturizer has been doing my skin wonders ever since I started using it. My skin is clearer and also soft. The moisturizer is very thick and creamy, but it does have tea tree oil in it, so be careful not to get it into your eyes. I think the Tea Tree oil has been really combatting my breakouts and I also like that it has Vitamin E in it, which is very good for your skin and probably what’s helping keep my skin soft.

Maybelline Brow Definer Pencil – I liked this pencil the more that I used it. The larger angle tip took some time getting used to it since I’m more used to using a skinnier pencil like the Loreal Brow Definer or the Anastasia Brow Wiz – but when I got used to using it, it might doing my brows done in a flash. I’ve nearly finished my first and one and already repurchased. I still like to use my Loreal Brow Definer but on days I want my brows less precise and done quickly, I will use this brow pencil.

Loreal Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick Les Chocolats in Dose of Cocoa – I’m a big fan of the original Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipsticks so when I saw they had a line of chocolate-scented nude colors I was definitely intrigued. They really are chocolate scented though the scent doesn’t linger throughout the day, and the formula is just as nice as on the other ones – this one went on even a little bit smoother I think. The nude, very slightly brown color is very beautiful and I have been wearing this one all the time lately.

Heritage Store Rose Petals Rosewater – This refreshing facial mist has taken the place of my Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Cucumber, Aloe, and Green Tea because the nozzle broke on my bottle. It’s a Rosewater spray that’s also hydrating, and I like to spray it before makeup, after makeup, and if my skin feels tight after washing my face as well as throughout the day. I bought this one at Wholefoods and absolutely love it.

Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Leave in Treatment – I bought this after seeing a bright-haired co-worker with really full, soft looking hair and asking her what she uses and she directed me to this brand. Just a few quick sprays in my hair and it was soft and easier to get a brush througb it, plus the coconut smell is delicious. You can also use it as a heat protectant, which I have and it works great.

Dove Exfoliating Body Polish with Macadamia & Rice Milk – This creamy body exfoliator makes me my skin nice and soft with little effort! I like it.

Neutrogena Night Calming Makeup Remover Wipes – These wipes are up there in the top of my favorites with the Garnier Micellar wipes, except I like how these don’t leave a sticky residue like the other ones. They have a nice calming scent and work better than the regular Neutrogena wipes in the blue packagin. They’re very soft, full of makeup remover, and help take off the bulk of my makeup while still being gentle. I already bought two more packs in bulk because I don’t want to be without these.

Those were my April favorites! Thoughts on these products, or have some current favorites of your own? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!  Xo Whatever Lydia Does – xo
