Get the look! Riverdale: Veronica Lodge Makeup FOTD

I love Riverdale and I love to catch up with the new episode every week. Veronica Lodge is a total babe and the martyred vixen of the show and I absolutely love her makeup. For today’s post I thought I’d try to re-create her look that she has on above, which is totally clean but still really hot and mysterious. This is my take on doing her look.

I used quite a lot of products because as they say, it takes a village. So first I applied both Fenty and Covergirl foundations mixed with MAC Strobe Cream to my face with a damp sponge. Then, I went in with the LA Girl Corrector under my eyes and then also concealed specific areas of my face with the ColourPop and Tarte concealers also with the sponge. I went into the banana shade in the Kat Von D palette and set my under eyes, and then used the Maybelline loose powder to set my face.

I then contoured using the Kat Von D palette and used the LA Girl blush on the temples of my cheeks because Veronica looks like she has a bit of a peach blush on. I then applied just a little bit of the Balm Mary-Lou Manizer to my cheekbones because she doesn’t look like she’s wearing much highlighter on her face.

Then, because Veronica’s brow is very extended and emphasized brow in the show I used the Maybelline brow pencil and drew my brown on past where I would typically draw it. Then I cleaned it up with the ELF brow gel. I then applied the taupe and darker warmer espresso brown shadows from the NYX Warm Zone Palette and as transition shades and in my crease. Then I took a fluffy brush and applied the warmer red and rust shade onto my lid and blended it out up to just beneath the crease. I took the NYX liner and made a small wing, extended just past the outer corner. I then applied the Marc Jacobs liner in my upper waterline. Then I curled my lashes and applied the Maybelline mascara to my top lashes because Veronica doesn’t look like she has mascara on her lower lashes. I then applied the nude Sonia Kashuk liner in the lower lash line for brightness also because it doesn’t look like there’s any shadow or liner going on there either.

Then I applied the Wet ‘n Wild lip liner and both the Anastasia and Kat von D liquid lips, ticks and topped my lips off with the MAC Patrick Starr gloss. It lot of work but a lot of fun, and hopefully it came out close to Veronica’s look in the show. I tried to get it as close as I could. Let me know your thoughts in the comments! Do you love Riverdale, do you have any thoughts on my look?
